Along with our own jobs, our services are also available to the trade. All jobs are treated with the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion and finished to the highest possible quality.
We provide corrugated cardboard packaging for all market sectors with anything from stock cartons and mailers through to custom die-cut cartons and inserts. We even hand-produce a selection of heavy-duty specialty cartons such as for car panels.
We handle short or long production run lengths in all board grades that can be plain, printed or litho-laminated.
With so many corrugated packaging styles and options available, we welcome you to contact us and we will be happy to discuss your particular packaging requirements.
The folding cartons we produce can range from a plain diecut shirt collar insert or simpled straight-lined glued inner carton through to a printed counter display unit or a foil-stamped and embossed presentation box with integrated insert and crash-bottom glued.
With so many different materials, design styles and print finishes available, we welcome you to contact us to discuss your particular packaging requirements.
Our in-house design team can take your concept and make it a reality.
Offering both CAD and graphic design, we handle all the design requirements for corrugated, POS display and folding cartons. We use the latest CAD software with a full library of corrugated, folding carton and Point Of Sale Display designs, or can create something completely custom for you.
Each job can be designed and proofed in-house prior to final manufacture to ensure correct fit, function and appearance.
We have multiple die-cutters the we use ranging from hand-fed platens to Heidelberg cylinders and semi-auto Bobsts. Our cutters enable us to handle a range of materials, sizes and quantities from a small 1-up carton on thin paper stock through to a 1575mm x 1055mm sheet from a heavy corrugated board.
Trade die-cutting is available.
From a simple straight-line glue through to crash-lock and 4- or 6- corner cartons, we have the equipment and operators that can handle just about any glued carton design. We use standard PVA glues, special PVA glues for extra penetration, and hot-melt glues when an instant bond is required.
Trade gluing is available.
We recently introduced digital post-printing onto existing cartons, die-cut blanks envelopes, paper bags, drink coasters and more - basically we can print on anything that is ink receptive, even wood.
Our digital printer uses the very latest "page-wide" technology for printing full colour images in a single pass using pigmented inks that are resistant to light, water and abrasion for a clear, long-lasting printed image.
Paper and calico bags have many applications with a great combination of form and function. A plain bag is a lost opportunity of brand exposure so it makes sense to have your logo emblazoned on the side.
The bags are post printed on our digital printer with full CMYK capability using pigment inks for bright prints that will not smudge or smear.
We can provide a selection of printed bags with or without handles. Minimum order quantities are based on carton sizes that are usually around 200-250 units.
What better way to set your product apart from others than adding your own branding professionally printed custom labels.
Our labels can be custom manufactured to your required size and shape and are available pretty much any item from cans, bottles or jars through to plastic chemical containers. All labels available with standard print or embellished with metallic inks or foil stamping for extra impact.
We offer HPDE vacuum bags and pouches in a variety of sizes and styles. These are suitable for refrigerated products (such as the meat and dairy industries), or for packaging dry goods (such as nuts, coffee or dried fruits).
All bags and pouches come in clear or a range of colours, with printing also available.
These environmentally-friendly heavy duty boxes are stitched (stapled) together making them much more durable than a standard glue joint.
Manufactured from 1-2mm thick solid boxboard, stitched boxes are perfectly suitable for packing fragile or delicate items, while stitched open-top trays are great for storing heavy items (such as machinery parts) in open racking or mobile trade vans.
Our stitched boxes are made to order so can be configured to your requirements, whether it is a single tray with dividers for separate compartments, or with a tapered front panel for easy viewing.
Digital printing is also available with your own custom artwork.
Our specialty packaging service covers jobs that are not able to be processed through the standard operating processes and can only be done by hand. This could include large hand-crafted corrugated packaging or general production tasks such as assembling die-cut partitions or gluing foam pads to corrugated cartons/sleeves as an example.
Feel free to contact us to see how we can help you.
