Our mission is to provide you with the most proficient packaging solution and service possible

Established in 2010, Proficient Packaging has been built on a sound foundation of knowledge and skills with almost all of our team members possessing decades of experience in various aspects of the packaging industry.

 

Located in Sunshine, just 12 Km west of the Melbourne CBD, we have customers based all over Melbourne, throughout regional Victoria and also interstate. We deal with all order quantities, whether it be a short run that can be placed in a car boot to a large order that fills a B-double truck. No order is too large or too small.

 

For rush orders or occasional use, we hold an assortment of stock boxes that are available for immediate pickup or delivery. We also have a range of mailers and die-cut cartons with fast turn-around times, or we have an in-house structural and graphic design service if you require your own custom designs.

 

We cater for all industries in the supply of corrugated boxes, folding cartons, labels, vacuum bags and pouches, printed paper bags and more. We can create a packaging solution for any new products you have or even find a better solution if your current provider is letting you down, unable to supply you with the items you require, or simply failing to offer the level of service you deserve. 

 

Specialised equipment enables us to produce a large range of different products in different materials, but even the latest equipment and technology doesn't compensate for the knowledge and skills of a good worker. This is why our core strength is having a team with the skills and knowledge to achieve the highest possible quality using the equipment on hand and to think out of the box to discover better ways to achieve results. We have even been able to produce items that were considered beyond the machine's technical limitations.

 

Having such a great team has enabled us to also offer our services to other businesses in the trade. We regularly run jobs on our cutters and gluers for other companies using their labels and paperwork – we have even delivered directly to customers on their behalf. All trade work is handled with total confidentiality.
