Designs

Are you in need of cardboard packaging but not sure where to start? That is perfectly fine as we are here to help. We have hundreds of standard designs available in our CAD library, but that's just a starting point. We will configure the design for the required dimensions and board allowances and can even make any alteration to the standard designs or even come up with something totally unique just for you.

The common packaging designs are generally derived from two common libraries

  • FEFCO for corrugated 

  • ECMA for folding cartons

Description

Partitions / Nest are a relatively inexpensive way of separating contents in the carton. They are simply slotted strips of board that can interlock to form a series of cells the your product can be inserted into.

 

Partitions can either be slotted or die-cut with the latter offering higher quality and accuracy. Die-cut partitions can also be designed with tapers on the end of the slots for faster assembly.

 

Partitions can be specified to fit into an existing carton by specifiying the number of cells rquired in the length and width.

 

Options:

  • Available in all corrugated or solid-fibre board grades
  • Die-cut for better accuracy and consistency
  • Can be designed in any configuration
  • Can be supplied pre-assembled or as components for self-assembly
