Are you in need of cardboard packaging but not sure where to start? That is perfectly fine as we are here to help. We have hundreds of standard designs available in our CAD library, but that's just a starting point. We will configure the design for the required dimensions and board allowances and can even make any alteration to the standard designs or even come up with something totally unique just for you.
The common packaging designs are generally derived from two common libraries
FEFCO for corrugated
ECMA for folding cartons
Here's a helpful guide to assist you in identifying the most common packaging designs.

Counter display with crash-lock or self-locking base and incorporated header card.
This design performs a dual function as the unit is a product shipper that then becomes a counter display by simply folding the lid in half and tucking it into the back of the unit where it becomes a header card.
The crash-lock base enables fast, effortless erecting of the unit for packing by simply pushing the ends of the unit towards each other and the base will then self-erect, making it a great solution for high-quantity packaging lines.
The self-locking "envelope" base version is also available where the base is erected by hand during packing. This takes a little longer to assemble but is a good option for lower volumes and tighter budgets.
These units can be produced in either solid fibre/folding carton stock, or from thin corrugated boards (usually E-Flute or I-Flute).
These are a die-cut carton where unique tooling (a cutting forme) needs to be manufactured in order to produce the cartons. The design can be stepped out on the cutting forme to facilitate multiple cartons to be cut with each impresson to speed up production.
